Agreement

All students (and parents/guardians if student is under 18) must adhere to the following rules:

Punctuality - Students should attend classes on time, as latecomers will disrupt the class. If for any reason a student is unable to attend on time, please discuss this with the teacher in advance.

Absence - The teacher must be informed if a student is unable to attend a class for any reason. Plan your week so that classes are not missed, as absence will impact on the student's progress.

Homework - Work that is set (written or memorisation) should be completed on time. Students should practice their work before and after class.

Preparation - Students must come prepared for class with the necessary books, stationary, learning materials, etc.

Online - Students must sit in front of their camera and keep it on. They must also stay online until the end of the class, unless permission has been given by the teacher to leave early.

Fees - It is requested that fees are paid every week. Please note, the fee is payable regardless of whether the student has attended classes or not. This includes any illness or holidays taken during class time.

Uniform - The uniform for girls and women is modest clothing and hijab, with only the face, hands and feet showing.

The uniform for boys is modest clothing and an Islamic hat.
